I am a Broker Associate and Kirstin is an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). Most people like to look in Lexington and Irmo, or Irmo and Chapin and some liek the NE and Blythewood areas, while others like to live in town or further out towards Elgin or Lugoff and more area.
We do more than find you the right house you can make your new home. We can also help you find a lot and plan and assist througout the building process. We attend inspections and different meetings, do the walk-through stages with you and attend the closing which an on-site agent cannot do because they represent the builder.
